The appointment with this dr started badly with a delay of 30 minutes, without any apology. When I was silly enolugh to mention this the dr got annoyed and had to explain what she had been doing in that time, this was not necessary, just a sorry would have been enough. Thought I may have caught her on a bad day, then talking to friends that night it was agreed that when they had seen her, it was not a good experience. The computer held more interest than the patient.

Dr Jain saw me today to follow up on blood test results and BP monitoring.Also the effects of tinnitus treatment. I found her helpful in explaining the results and the reasons for prescribing medication. She sent the prescription electronically to the local pharmacy and I was able to collect this a few hours later. Dr Jain Walsh took the opportunity to give me the annual flu vaccination. She answered my questions clearly and helpfully. She also requested a follow up appointment to monitor the effects of the medication. The local pharmacist was also present and it was good to see the two professionals working together. I felt confident that I received excellent treatment today. It was also helpful to go to Upper Beeding surgery
